 Hi there. I'll be quick because I imagine your finger hovering over the "delete" button, itching to get rid of yet another piece of junk email from your inbox.
You're receiving this email because at one time you subscribed to this blog. It used to be called Deliberate Women and then changed to She Heard about a year or so ago. Maybe you don't recognize the new name and have decided that you were spammed? Maybe you know exactly who I am but the posts no longer fit your season of life? Or maybe you just flat out no longer want to hear from me... In any case, I have asked to take a precious few moments of your time because I take very seriously the people God brings into my life. I include all of you reading this as people God has brought into my life. Whether we've met face-to-face or not, we've been linked. This blog and website used to be about numbers and growing the platform, but the last year or so, God has sat me down and given me the lecture I needed. This time on earth is so short. Cliche, I know, but true. I've been allowed the privilege of a place in each of your lives (albeit miniscule in scale) as a gift. Whatever encouragement I can offer, I want to. Any words I successfully string together are from Him. Any messages of value are directly from the Lord. Before you go, I want to send you off with a blessing. Lord, thank you for the gift of community. Thank you for the gift of bearing one another's burdens. Thank you for the privilage of walking side-by-side through life, literally and figuratively; in-person and virtually. I pray blessing and favor over each person reading this and their families. I pray peace over their lives. I pray a deep hunger and thirst for You and Your Word. Thank you for the gift of time with them that you have blessed me with. In Jesus name, Amen.
